Well done to all competitors at Forster this weekend! ☀️🏊‍♂️🏖
In the juniors we had 4 competitors – Liam Sidwell, Boston Byrne, Zac Rummins and Morgan Sidwell.
In the seniors, we had 8 competitors – Trish Stallard, David Hoar, Cal Burke, Kathryn Spong, Norm Rodgers, Bill Sidwell, Brent Byrne, and Emma Gale.

Most notable places were a 2nd for Liam in the Ironman, a 3rd in the swim for Bill Sidwell and a 3rd in the swim for Kath Spong. A few top ten places as well. Also, Norm competed in his first ever carnival, proving you are never too young to have a go! and Brent got hit in the nose by a stray board – He’s a trooper and is ok 👍
